FunctieVoor een klant te Drongen zoeken we een operator/kok. Je zal samenwerken met een 12-tal collega’s in een familiaal bedrijf. Doordat onze productie semi-industrieel is, verricht je geen bandwerk. We zijn een groeiende kmo en onderzoeken voortdurend hoe we onze werking kunnen optimaliseren door bepaalde aspecten van het werk te automatiseren. Dankzij de input van onze collega’s streven we ernaar om onze werkplek zo ergonomisch en veilig mogelijk te maken.

ma-do: van 7.00u – 12.00u en van 12.30u – 16.00u en op vrijdag van 7.30u – 14.00u Greep uit je takenpakket:

  • De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
  • De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
  • Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
  • De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
  • Je vindt het fijn om in een klein team te werken in een dynamisch familiaal bedrijf.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent leergierig.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in lekkere voeding.
  • Volgde je een bakkersopleiding? Dat is een extra troef.
  • We zoeken geen diploma’s welleswaar een collega met zin om bij te leren.

Wat je van ons krijgtHoe ziet je loonpakket eruit als Operator/kok:

  • Competitief loon!
  • Uurrooster van ma-do: van 7.00u – 12.00u en van 12.30u – 16.00u en op vrijdag van 7.30u – 14.00u. Aangezien we 40u werken, mag je maandelijks 1 dag extra verlof opnemen.
  • Collectief verlof: 1 week met Pasen en 2 weken in juli, de overige dagen mag je vrij kiezen.
  • Bonus op het einde van het jaar. Indien we als team de gestelde objectieven behalen, kan je een bonus tot 1000 € verdienen, bovenop jouw eindejaarspremie en vakantiegeld.
