Wat ga je doen?

Als Operator Kooklijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige kookproces van de degen die gebruikt worden om snoepgoed te produceren. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de juiste recepten en kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

  • Je bedient en volgt het computergestuurde kookproces op volgens de voorgeschreven recepturen.
  • Je voert regelmatig controles en analyses uit en stuurt het proces bij op basis van de resultaten.
  • Bij technische storingen analyseer je het probleem en onderscheid je kleine defecten van grotere technische problemen.
  • Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en werkt bij complexere problemen samen met collega's of de technische dienst.
  • Je houdt de kookketels en de werkomgeving proper en werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je bewaakt voortdurend de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
  • Je zorgt voor een ordelijke en nette werkplek volgens het principe 'clean as you go'.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënt productieproces.

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator of beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en goede technische kennis.
  • Je kan vlot werken met computergestuurde processen en staat open voor nieuwe softwareprogramma's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je handelt snel, nauwkeurig en correct.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met procedures en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en blijft rustig wanneer er iets misloopt.
  • Je denkt analytisch, neemt initiatief en handelt proactief.
