FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Werk je graag nauwkeurig en schrikt fysiek werk je niet af? Voor een vleesverwerkend bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Kruidenmenger voor de afdeling voorverwerking. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en controle van pekels en kruidenmengsels, waarbij je nauwgezet werkt volgens de voorgeschreven kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.

Jouw taken

• Manueel afwegen en mengen van kruiden volgens receptuur • Ingrediënten selecteren via het CSB-systeem • Correct voorbereiden van pekels en kruidenmengelingen • Controleren van hoeveelheden en kwaliteit van de mengsels • Verplaatsen van zakken kruiden en grondstoffen (20-25 kg) • Werken volgens hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

• Ervaring in voeding of productie is een plus, geen must • Fysiek werk en nauwkeurig werken combineren vormt geen probleem • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt recepten correct op • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor detail • Gemotiveerd en betrouwbaar ingesteld
