Functie:

  • Als lijnoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte werking van jouw productielijn
  • Na opleiding zal je afwisselend aan 4 verschillende lijnen staan
  • Je voert de kwaliteitscontrole uit van jouw lijn
  • Je kan kleine technische storingen en defecten zelf oplossen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden van nieuwe werkgevers

Profiel

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als operator in de voedingssector
  • Je bent technische ingesteld (je hebt kennis van mechanica)
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Taalvaardigheid: De mogelijkheid om je uit te drukken in het Nederlands of Engels is belangrijk, voor een goede en veilige communicatie op de werkvloer.

  • Voltijdse Job: Een fulltime positie in een 2 ploegenstelsel met een 38-urige werkweek. ( De voormiddag werk je Ma - Do 4h - 12h30, vrij 4h + 10h15, namiddagploeg van Ma - Do 4h 12h30 - 21h, vrij 10h - 16h15
  • Loon en extralegale voordelen: Loon volgens de voedingsector, variërend van €14/u tot €18/u, afhankelijk van ervaring, samen met extra voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques €6/ dag, voormiddagpremie €0,61/h, namiddagpremie €0,69/h. Indien je 1 maand niet bent afwezig bent geweest door ziekte ontvang je €25/bruto premie / maand.
  • Extra troeven: De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontplooien, samen met doorgroeimogelijkheden en interne opleidingen.
  • Met oog op een vast contract op termijn.
