Word jij de Operator die zorgt dat de mooiste substraten op tijd bij de klant komen? Wil jij werken op een unieke locatie aan de Maas, waar je vanuit de kantine uitkijkt over voorbijvarende vrachtschepen en pleziervaartuigen? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor je.

Voor Lensli in Katwijk bij Cuijk zoeken wij een Operator Menglijn die verantwoordelijk is voor het produceren van hoogwaardige substraten en potgronden. Vanuit de controlekamer stuur je samen met je collega's het productieproces aan en zorg je ervoor dat klantorders volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en specificaties worden geproduceerd.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf waar techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen als Operator Menglijn? Als Operator Menglijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het product, houdt overzicht over de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de productie zonder problemen verloopt.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Bedienen en bewaken van de menglijn vanuit de controlekamer;

- Produceren van potgrond en substraten volgens planning en kwaliteitsnormen;

- Controleren van grondstoffen, meststoffen en eindproducten;

- Bewaken van voorraden van grondstoffen en meststoffen;

- Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden die bij het productieproces horen;

- Signaleren van afwijkingen en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren;

- Verrichten van eerstelijns onderhoud aan de menglijn;

- Samenwerken met productiemedewerkers, chauffeurs, shovelmachinisten en de productieleider;

- Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.

Wat bieden wij?

- Een vaste baan, startend met een jaarcontract;

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.500 afhankelijk van ervaring;
