Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf zoeken we een operator die aan de slag wil in een 2-ploegensysteem. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en kwaliteitsvolle producten volgens de hoogste normen worden afgewerkt. Je komt terecht in een nette, veilige werkomgeving waar investeren in mensen minstens even belangrijk is als investeren in technologie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van computergestuurde productiemachines
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen
  • Correct verpakken van afgewerkte producten volgens de geldende richtlijnen
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlot productieproces te garanderen
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Eerste ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid en een nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Interesse in een stabiele functie binnen een internationaal groeibedrijf
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans om de veiligheidsvoorschriften correct toe te passen
