Als operator zal jouw takenpakket voornamelijk bestaan uit:

  • Machines en apparatuur instellen en afstellen (snelheid, afmetingen van de film, configuratie van de lijn, ...).
  • Toezicht houden op de werking van de verpakkingsmachine of -lijn en de controleapparatuur en aanpassingen doorvoeren in geval van afwijkingen.
  • Controleren of de installaties werken en veilig zijn.
  • De werkpost voorzien van materiaal of producten en de bevoorrading controleren.
  • De productverpakking (waterdichtheid, gewicht, temperatuur, ...) controleren.
  • Het productie- of verpakkingsproces opvolgen en regelmatig het eindproduct controleren.
  • De netheid van de apparatuur (vulmachines, zakverpakking, etiketteren, ...) en van het materiaal controleren en onderhouden.
  • De eigen werkplek onderhouden en organiseren.
  • Documenten voor de productieopvolging invullen en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen.
  • Storingen aan de machines en toestellen identificeren. Eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren indien nodig
  • Je rapporteert aan de teamleader.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als operator en hebt technische affiniteit;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest of relevante ervaring;
  • Werken in 2-ploegen is geen probleem voor jou;
  • Flexibel naar uren tijdens het hoogseizoen;
  • Je werkt graag in team en bent positief ingesteld;
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • Je wenst je te engageren voor lange termijn.
