Voor een modern productiebedrijf in Scheemda zoeken wij een vakman die graag werkt met productiemachines en energie krijgt van techniek. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces optimaal blijft draaien. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en proactieve instelling los je storingen snel op en stel je machines perfect af. Je komt terecht in een professioneel en nuchter team waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als machinesteller / operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Instellen en bedienen van automatische en conventionele - productiemachines - Ombouwen en afstellen van machines bij productwissels - Signaleren en oplossen van eerstelijns storingen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens specificaties - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces - Samenwerken met collega's binnen de productie Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een technische professional die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de techniek. - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen de metaalbewerking of maakindustrie - Technische kennis van machine-instellingen en tekeningen - Ervaring met lasers, kantbanken of persen is een pré - Bereidheid om te werken in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst - Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels - Heftruck- of kraancertificaat is een pré - Praktische instelling en aanpakkersmentaliteit - Teamspeler met een gezonde dosis humor Wat bieden wij jou?
