FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Dankzij een interne opleiding leer jij stap voor stap alles wat je moet kennen om uit te groeien tot een volwaardige operator. Geen ingewikkelde theorieën maar een opleiding op maat, op de werkvloer met uitleg van behulpzame collega's.

Bovendien zal je ook leren rijden met een heftruck en een rolbrug leren bedienen. Deze firma investeert dus graag in jou!

Een job als metaaloperator

Wanneer je jouw draai hebt gevonden, word je de baas van deze taken:

  • Je fixt en vervangt onderdelen van de metaalmachine vóór ze problemen geven – jij houdt alles draaiende
  • Je checkt of alles nog top werkt en grijpt meteen in als er iets niet klopt
  • Je registreert je werk in het systeem (SAP of iets gelijkaardigs – no stress, dat leer je op de werkvloer)
  • Moet er iets verplaatst worden? Dan spring je op de heftruck en regel je dat zelf
  • Veilig werken is key: jij houdt het netjes, overzichtelijk en vermijdt risico’s alsof het vanzelf gaat
  • Je krijgt een vaste rol aan de lijn, zoals: Aanvoer: jij zorgt dat alles op tijd klaarstaat Stapelaar: jij houdt het overzicht en stapelt alles correct Zaag: jij zorgt dat alles perfect op maat is gezaagd

Werkuren als metaalmedewerker?

  • Vroege ploeg: Je werkt van 6u tot 14u (vrijdag tot 13u15).
  • Late ploeg: Je werkt van 14u tot 22u (vrijdag tot 20u30).

Klaar om volledig opgeleid te worden als operator in de metaalsector?

PROFIEL

  • Technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met heftruck of rolbrug is een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs of je bent ermee bezig.
  • Je woont in een straal van 30min rijden.
