Als operator ben jij het hart van ons productieproces. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer. In deze dynamische rol zul je werken met geavanceerde productiemachines en bijdragen aan het succes van ons team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines: Je stelt de machines volgens specificaties in, start productieprocessen op en monitort deze voortdurend om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je inspecteert afgewerkte producten systematisch, identificeert afwijkingen en stelt processen bij om consistente kwaliteit te handhaven en verspilling te minimaliseren.
  • Onderhoud en probleemoplossing: Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt kleine technische storingen zelfstandig en rapporteert complexere problemen aan het onderhoudsteam.
  • Veiligheid en documentatie: Je volgt alle veiligheidsprotocollen nauwgezet op, houdt productielogboeken bij en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf en je collega's.
  • Je hebt ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je bent bereid om in nachtploegen te werken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, denkt proactief mee en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vloeiend, zodat je veiligheidsvoorschriften correct begrijpt en naleeft.
  • Je bent klaar om maandagnacht met volle inzet aan een nieuwe werkweek te beginnen.
