Tevens zijn er volop mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en opleidingen. Om de productie van kaas te realiseren ben je als procesoperator werkzaam in een 5-ploegendienst. Jouw werkzaamheden en taken bestaan o.a. uit: - in- en afstellen van de machines en het bewaken van het proces - Uitvoeren van controles en/of analyses op het proces en de kwaliteit van het product - Product- of procesafwijkingen signaleren, tijdig corrigeren en registreren - Analyseren en verhelpen van technische problemen om productiestilstand te voorkomen Wat wij vragen Zie jij jezelf al werken in deze moderne fabriek boordevol technische uitdaging? De operator packaging die wij zoeken herkent zich in onderstaande wensen: - minimaal een afgeronde mbo-2 opleiding, het liefst richting VAPRO A/B - enkele jaren ervaring met het werken in de procesindustrie - een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - je bent beschikbaar voor het werken in de 5-ploegendienst Wat wij bieden Bij deze grote, stabiele organisatie binnen de zuivelindustrie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de productie. Daarom zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden voor deze functie van operator packaging ook goed te noemen: - een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.800 en €5.200 inclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring - een eindejaarsuitkering van 5% - 25 vakantiedagen - 8,33% vakantiegeld - mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen of cursussen, zoals een VAPRO ...
