Ben je technisch aangelegd en werk je graag met machines? Voor een modern productiebedrijf zoeken wij een Operator voor de productie van verschillende soorten desserts. Functieomschrijving Als Operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed verloopt. Je stelt machines in, houdt het proces in de gaten en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines en afvullijnen; - Ombouwen van machines bij een wisseling van product; - Controleren of het productieproces goed verloopt; - Bijsturen van machines wanneer dat nodig is; - Oplossen van kleine storingen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten; - Schoonmaken en netjes houden van de productielijn; - Werken volgens de HACCP- en veiligheidsregels. Je wordt goed ingewerkt. Ervaring als Operator is daarom mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. Heb je technisch inzicht, ben je handig en leer je snel? Dan kun je deze functie goed leren. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent handig met machines; - Ervaring als Operator of in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt kwaliteit belangrijk; - Je kunt goed samenwerken en ook zelfstandig werken; - Je blijft rustig wanneer het productieproces even anders loopt; - Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar en kunt werken in 2 ploegen. Wat kun je verwachten? - €2.844 tot €3.412 bruto per maand, inclusief de gemiddelde ploegentoeslag; - Het salaris is afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Een bruto uurloon van €15,00 tot €18,00; - 25% ploegentoeslag voor de uren na 18:00 uur; - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer; - Geen eigen vervoer?
