Ben jij een gedreven aanpakker met oog voor detail? In onze verpakkingsafdeling zorg je voor een vlot proces door kartonmachines te bevoorraden, dozen correct te positioneren en ombouwen uit te voeren. Met afwisselende taken zoals het maken van octabins en het ondersteunen van de logistieke dienst, draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle productie.

Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?

  • Manueel de kartonmachines bevoorraden in de verpakkingsafdeling
  • Controleren dat de dozen op de correcte manier in de machines gezet worden, rekening houdend met de positie van de doos t.o.v. de labelprinter
  • De ombouwen wanneer een nieuw type doos gebruikt wordt, rekening houdend met de hoogte, breedte en lengte van de doos
  • Maken en klaarzetten van octabins (= kartonkoker voor bulkverpakking): kartons plooien, zak insteken
  • Indien nodig helpen bij heftrucker inpak: kipper bedienen, kartons plooien, zak uithalen (= kartonkoker voor bulkverpakking).
  • Niet conforme verpakkingen opensnijden met hulp van veiligheidsmes en uitgieten op de transportband teneinde deze herverpakt kunnen worden.
  • Je hebt steeds oog voor kwaliteit tijdens het uitoefenen van je functie en voert hiervoor de nodige controles uit.
  • Jouw zin voor orde, stiptheid en nauwkeurigheid typeren jou.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en houdt ervan om samen met jouw team de doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je werkt efficiënt met respect voor de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en gaat met respect om met je heftruck.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (5u-13u & 13u-21u)
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands
