Functieomschrijving: Als operator bewaak je het volledige productieproces van kunststofkorrels. Je zorgt dat de installaties volgens de juiste instructies draaien. Je voegt grondstoffen toe en mengt deze in de juiste verhouding. Daarna smelt, koelt en snijdt de machine het materiaal in kleine delen.

Je stelt de lijnen in en controleert of het eindproduct aan alle eisen voldoet. Bij kleine afwijkingen in temperatuur of kleur grijp je direct in. Ook los je kleine technische storingen op en voer je onderhoud uit aan de machines. Je verpakt de korrels in grote zakken voor het magazijn. Tot slot houd je de administratie bij en zorg je dat de werkvloer schoon en veilig blijft voor iedereen.
