Ben jij een ervaren productieoperator met technisch inzicht en hou je ervan om een productieproces nauwkeurig op te volgen?

Als operator spanramen werk je binnen de veredelingsafdeling en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het thermisch behandelen en drogen van weefsels. Je stelt de machine correct in, bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat het weefsel aan de gewenste kwaliteitsvereisten voldoet.

Jouw taken

  • Je bereidt het spanraam voor volgens de werkplanning en productiebons.
  • Je naait weefselrollen aan elkaar en legt het weefsel correct op de machine.
  • Je stelt de machine correct in en zorgt ervoor dat alle parameters juist staan.
  • Je bedient de spanraammachine en volgt het volledige proces nauwgezet op.
  • Het weefsel wordt tijdens het proces geïmpregneerd, gedroogd en op de juiste breedte en vorm gestabiliseerd.
  • Je bewaakt belangrijke procesparameters, zoals temperatuur, snelheid, spanning en breedte.
  • Je stuurt de instellingen bij wanneer nodig om het gewenste eindresultaat te behalen.
  • Je voert visuele en tactiele kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens en na het productieproces.
  • Je neemt stalen en controleert het weefsel op eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je meldt kwaliteitsproblemen of afwijkingen tijdig aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt op.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en ordelijke werkpost.
  • Je beschikt over goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de textielsector is een pluspunt, vooral binnen afwerking zoals drukken, coaten of verven.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent visueel sterk en niet kleurenblind.
  • Je bent bereid om fysiek werk te verrichten.
  • Je beschikt over een heftruckattest of bent bereid dit via opleiding te behalen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een twee-ploegenstelsel te werken.
