Jouw rol: Operator Sterilisatie

Als Operator Sterilisatie ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de voedselveiligheid van onze producten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles wat onze fabriek verlaat, veilig, betrouwbaar en van topkwaliteit is. Dat betekent dat je de sterilisatieapparatuur bedient en nauwgezet controleert. Ja, het is fysiek werk, maar je staat er niet alleen voor – je werkt in een sterk team dat elkaar ondersteunt en motiveert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en bewaakt de sterilisatie-installaties volgens duidelijke richtlijnen.
  • Je voert controles en inspecties uit om te zorgen dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt.
  • Je registreert nauwkeurig productiegegevens en meldt afwijkingen meteen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze processen nog beter kunnen maken.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen om de productie soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Heb je ervaring als operator (voedingindustrie) dan is dit een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Jij steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en weet hoe je met machines moet omgaan.
  • Je werkt precies, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands.
