De klant is een wereldwijd couturier van raamdecoraties. Elk gordijn is een puur Belgisch designproduct dat in de eigen ateliers ontworpen en met de beste Belgische stoffen vervaardigd wordt. Door te kiezen voor één centrale productie in België kunnen ze alles tot in de kleinste details controleren en topklasse bieden. Veel van de stoffen worden bovendien bij hen zelf geweven. Dankzij de doorgedreven automatisering worden de gordijnen perfect afgewerkt en voldoen ze aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Bovendien blijven de gordijnen zo toch betaalbaar. Samen met zijn designers en technische specialisten verzekert de klant de hoogste kwaliteit mét garantie. Ze zijn aanwezig in tal van Europese landen en hebben in heel Europa meer dan 1.500 dealers.

Jobomschrijving

1. Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles

  • Controleren van producten en onderdelen volgens vastgelegde procedures, met behulp van meetinstrumenten en digitale systemen.

2. Voorbereiden en plannen van controles

  • Voorbereiden van kwaliteitscontroles, op basis van dossiers, bestellingen en instructies.

3. Registreren en rapporteren

  • Registreren van resultaten en afwijkingen in het kwaliteitssysteem.

4. Analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen

  • Detecteren, analyseren en rapporteren van non-conformiteiten; voorstellen van corrigerende acties in overleg met betrokken afdelingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent beschikbaar voor dagwerk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands om orders correct te begrijpen en met de machine, computer en bediening te werken.
  • Je kan rekenen en tellen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft geconcentreerd om fouten te vermijden; je kan fijn werk afleveren.
  • Je bent sterk gemotiveerd, kan het tempo aan en werkt zowel in team als zelfstandig.
