Zij hebben een enorme booming afdeling in België, 5 sales offices in België, Frankrijk, de UK, Polen & Rusland en een dynamisch team van 300 werknemers actief in meer dan 80 landen.

Na een grondige opleiding word je polyvalent ingezet binnen onze productie-afdelingen. Je ondersteunt verschillende teams en springt flexibel in waar nodig. Dankzij deze variatie leer je meerdere processen kennen en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continuïteit van onze productie.

Een greep uit je taken:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van productiemachines.
  • Je regelt de parameters bij en voert kleine technische ingrepen uit bij storingen.
  • Je staat in voor het (bij)regelen van de coating.
  • Je bedient de machine zodat onze behangrollen correct verpakt en geëtiketteerd worden. Je controleert steeds de afgewerkte rollen wandbekleding.
  • Vervolgens leer je de lijnverantwoordelijke te assisteren bij o.a. kleur- en kwaliteitstesten en word je polyvalent ingezet.
  • Wanneer je de kneepjes van het vak onder de knie hebt, sta je als lijnverantwoordelijke autonoom in voor de goede werking van de productielijn.
  • Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de gebruikte kleuren in het productieproces van ons behang.
  • Je maakt de juiste inkten voor de productie, voert kleurcorrecties uit en houdt dossiers up-to-date.
  • Je zorgt voor de aan- en afvoer van inkten, registreert verbruiken en stockeert goederen correct

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een A2-diploma en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt kwaliteitsgericht en probleemoplossend en kunt kleuren betrouwbaar onderscheiden.
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel inzetbaar en vindt samenwerken vanzelfsprekend. Ook zelfstandig kan je je mannetje staan.
  • Ervaring in drukkerij/ververij of kennis van 5S is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
