Voor een toonaangevende internationale productieomgeving in de regio Ternat zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een Operator Toolmanagement ter versterking van het productieteam. Deze onderneming is actief binnen de metaalverwerkende industrie en speelt een belangrijke rol op de Europese markt.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Operator Toolmanagement ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de organisatie en de inzetbaarheid van productiegereedschappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat productieseries correct, tijdig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen kunnen worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Klaarzetten en voorbereiden van gereedschappen voor productieorders
  • Controleren, identificeren en (laten) herstellen of vervangen van defecte of versleten gereedschappen
  • Inwerken, afstellen en justeren van gereedschappen
  • Beheren van voorraadniveaus en correct stockeren in gereedschapsliften
  • Waarborgen van orde, netheid en traceerbaarheid binnen het toolmanagement
  • Bedienen en ombouwen van automatische productiemachines indien nodig
  • Toezien op naleving van milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Correcte ploegoverdracht en actieve bijdrage aan continue verbetering van productieprocessen

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een metaaltechnische of aanverwante richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit en een nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Proactief, flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Teamplayer die graag in een 2-ploegenstelsel werkt
