Voor onze klant te Bree zijn wij op zoek naar operatoren.

Als operator bij onze klant ben jij de spil van onze productie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlekkeloos verloopt, machines op rolletjes draaien en dat de kwaliteit van onze producten altijd top is.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bedienen en afstellen van productiemachines.
  • Controleren en waar nodig bijsturen van productkwaliteit.
  • Oplossen van kleine storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.
  • Samenwerken met jouw team om productietargets te behalen.

We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde kandidaten met:

  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid.
  • Ervaring als operator.
  • Bereidheid om in de vaste nachtdienst te werken.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel spreken als schrijven.
  • De capaciteit om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed te functioneren.
