Voor hun productieafdeling zijn we op zoek naar een Operator Vul- en Sluitlijn in de vaste nacht.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct bedienen, instellen en opvolgen van een vul- en sluitlijn zodat gevulde en correct afgesloten blikken en/of glazen volgens de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden afgeleverd.

Jouw taken :

  • Bedienen en besturen van de vul- en sluitlijn.
  • Opstarten van de machines en instellen van onder andere de gewenste snelheid.
  • Toezien op voldoende en correct verpakkingsmateriaal aan de lijn.
  • Opleggen van deksels en controleren van het verpakkingsproces.
  • Controleren of blikken en glazen correct gevuld zijn en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse kwaliteitscontroles zoals CCP-controles (glasbreuk, metaaldetectie, sluiting, X-ray, ...).
  • Instellen en controleren van productcoderingen.
  • Controleren van de sluitstand en correct registreren van de resultaten.
  • Reinigen van machines en werkpost bij productwissels en einde productie.
  • Signaleren van storingen, zelf eerste acties ondernemen en communiceren met betrokken collega's.
  • Assisteren bij ombouw- en afstelwerkzaamheden aan de machines.
  • Aansturen, ondersteunen en samenwerken met productiemedewerkers aan de lijn.
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit door opleiding en/of ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis PC.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je toont initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands spreken en schrijven.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je zoekt een job in de nachtpost.
