Functie

De operator verpakking is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verpakkingsproces, van het inpakken tot en met het palletiseren van de producten. Je werkt met de beschikbare medewerkers, machines en andere middelen en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsstandaarden.

Je staat in voor een goede voorbereiding en controle van de werkzaamheden tijdens de productie en neemt actief deel aan het saswerk, in overleg met de lijnverantwoordelijken, sasmedewerkers en eventuele omlopers.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Controleert en beheerst zelfstandig de operationele en voorbereidende werkzaamheden en rapporteert hierover aan de ploegverantwoordelijke.
  • Bedient de dozensluitmachines, etiketeermachines en palletisers.
  • Is verantwoordelijk voor productomschakelingen en wissels in het sas boven en, indien nodig, voor de bijhorende ombouw van de palletiser en dozensluitmachines volgens de productieplanning.
  • Brengt de juiste stickers aan en voert de nodige controles uit.
  • Stockeert paletten in de diepvries met behulp van een transpallet.
  • Handhaaft de GMP-normen op het gebied van voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid. Zorgt ervoor dat instructies en procedures correct worden opgevolgd conform de PO's, stapelfiches en planning.
  • Treedt proactief op bij dreigende problemen, meldt deze tijdig aan de ploegverantwoordelijke of technische dienst en springt bij waar nodig. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op.
  • Heeft een specifieke opleidingstaak en draagt actief bij aan het continu opleiden en coachen van medewerkers.

  • Je bent gedreven om goed werk af te leveren en eventuele problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Initiatiefnemer.
  • Je hebt gevoel en interesse voor technisch inzicht.
  • Je draagt veiligheid en hygiëne hoog in het vaandel.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken: 7u-15u / 15u-23u.
