Je houdt de geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn dagelijks draaiende en bewaakt het verpakkingsproces van opstart tot registratie.

  • Je start de geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn zelfstandig op en stelt de machines correct in.
  • Je volgt het verpakkingsproces nauwkeurig op, stuurt de instellingen bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat het juiste product in de juiste verpakking terechtkomt.
  • Je vult verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig aan en bouwt de lijn om bij een product- of verpakkingswissel.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op onder meer gewicht, verpakking, etikettering en productkwaliteit.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen of technische storingen snel op, onderneemt de juiste actie en stemt af met de technische dienst wanneer een storing niet onmiddellijk opgelost kan worden.
  • Je registreert de productiegegevens correct in het digitale systeem en waakt over veiligheid, voedselveiligheid, orde en netheid aan de lijn.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn de volgende ervaring, vaardigheden en voorwaarden belangrijk:

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator, machineoperator, verpakkingsoperator of technisch operator binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of aan een geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn is een duidelijke troef.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert vlot werken met machines en digitale systemen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid, en je blijft praktisch en oplossingsgericht bij storingen of productwissels.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest. Dit is noodzakelijk voor de functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Franse taal.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel of in de vaste nacht.
  • Werken in een frisse omgeving van ongeveer 5 °C vormt voor jou geen probleem.
