SEA-Tank Terminal, is een sterk groeiend tankopslagbedrijf in een internationale omgeving en is o.a. actief in de haven van Gent & Antwerpen. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de opslag van liquide goederen en logistieke afhandeling voor derden.

Voor onze terminal in Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een: Operator (vroege/Late)

Jouw functie

  • Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laden & lossen van (zee)schepen, lichters en vrachtwagens. Je staat daarbij in direct contact met onze klant, nl. de schippers en/of chauffeurs.
  • Proactief spills bestrijden, housekeeping doen en de terminal proper houden.
  • Administratieve taken die behoren bij de operationele werken (checklists).
  • Werkorder beheer in Ultimo.
  • Shiftoverdracht.
  • Eerste interventie/analyse bij technische defecten.
  • Veiligheid is van zeer groot belang. Het volgen van de juiste instructies en het correct dragen van de PBM’s is in dat opzicht zeer belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt minimum over een A2 diploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de (petro)chemische industrie, productkennis en ervaring met het verpompen van vloeistoffen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ADN/IMO, pompen, koppelingen en slangengebruik.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands mondeling en schriftelijk zeer goed en je kan mondeling communiceren in het Engels.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en precisie bij het invullen van checklists.
  • Je bent energiek, flexibel, polyvalent en betrouwbaar.
