Jobomschrijving

Als Opmeter bij Profel ga je aan de slag op werven van onze verdelers, aannemers, architecten of particuliere klanten. Op basis van de offerte die werd opgesteld voer je metingen uit op de werf en bepaal je de definitieve afmetingen en benodigdheden voor het project. Tijdens je werfbezoek sta je o.a. in voor:

  • Het meten van de te plaatsen elementen: veranda's, ramen, deuren, schuiframen,poorten, erkers, lichtstraten, vliesgevels, binnen- en buitenafwerking
  • Het verifiëren van bouwaansluitingen voor opmeting en montage.
  • Het voorstellen en schetsen van oplossingen voor bouwaansluitingen indien nodig.
  • Het informeren van de klanten, ook in het geval van non conformiteit tussen offerte/ meetstaat en de technische mogelijkheden volgens de fabrieksnormen. De wijzigingen tussen offerte/meetstaat worden gecommuniceerd naar de verdeler en calculatiedienst.
  • Het opmaken van een bestelbon met de te produceren elementen en accessoires.
  • Het noteren van de uit te voeren werken door de plaatsers.
  • Het noteren van de omgevingselementen die belangrijk zijn voor de toegankelijkheid van de werf en de uitvoering van de montage.
  • Het contact met de leverancier om technische issues te bespreken.
  • Het overleggen met de interne dienst en verdeler/aannemer/architect/ eindklant aangaande de gevraagde thermische isolerende voorschriften en het aanpassen van raam -of glastype.
  • Je hebt bouwinzicht (aansluitingen, ruimtelijk inzicht, planlezen, bouwkundige tekeningen)
  • Je behaalde een diploma in de richting Bouwkunde of hebt de nodige kennis/ervaring.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig.
  • In weer en wind werken schrikt jou niet af.
  • Op hoogte werken mag geen probleem vormen.
  • Spreek je een woordje Frans? Dan is dat een pluspunt.
