Lees dan snel verder! Jouw rol als Oproepkracht Klantenservice Als Oproepkracht Klantenservice ben jij samen met je collega's het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt met vragen over producten, bestellingen en retouren en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord voelt. Of het nu via de telefoon, mail of Social media is jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen de verschillende kanalen en zorgt voor een snelle en duidelijke afhandeling. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt het werk zo leuk! Dankzij jouw inzet maken we onze klant blij, elke dag weer. Samen sterk, toch? Als Medewerker Klantenservice kom je terecht in een enthousiast en gezellig team op het Support Office in Den Haag. Je start je werkdag met het beantwoorden van binnengekomen e-mails en WhatsApp-berichten van onze klanten. Ook het behandelen van klachten via de telefoon hoort binnen jouw takenpakket. De lijnen met de winkels zijn kort en je hebt regelmatig contact met onze Storemanagers. Daarnaast houd je de werkzaamheden bij die voortkomen uit onze aangesloten Marketplaces. Is er een pakketje zoekgeraakt? Dan start je een onderzoek en zorg je ervoor dat het pakketje terechtkomt en je hier de klant blij mee kunt maken. Onze klanten zijn waardevol en dat maakt Team Klantenservice onmisbaar binnen Lucardi! In deze rol is jouw enthousiasme en klantgerichtheid van groot belang.
