- Werken bij - Oproepkrachten/ moeders Verzorgende IG (Welzijn & Zorg) In overlegOproepkrachten/ moeders Verzorgende IG (Welzijn & Zorg) In De Oude Pastorie wonen 26 bewoners met geheugenproblemen en dementie in een omgeving van sfeer en rust, met uitzicht op de Oude Kerk en een omsloten tuin waar het heerlijk toeven is. Aan de hand van tien beloften bieden onze medewerkers dagelijks liefdevolle zorg, persoonlijke begeleiding en zinvolle dagbesteding. Daarnaast dragen ruim twintig vrijwilligers hun steentje bij. Binnen ons team zijn wij op zoek naar Oproepkrachten voor in de zorg. Dit kunnen helpenden (VIG2) of verzorgenden (VIG3) zijn. Als medewerker Welzijn & Zorg draag jij bij aan het welzijn en leefplezier van onze bewoners. Dat doe je uiteraard door de liefdevolle verzorging die jij biedt, maar ook omdat je samen met je collega Dagbesteding probeert van elke dag iets bijzonders te maken. Door je open houding en door echt tijd te nemen en aandacht te geven aan de mens achter de dementie, zorg je ervoor dat onze bewoners zich thuis voelen en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Een mooi moment, een lach op het gezicht, daar ga je voor. De 10 klantbeloften aan onze bewoners en hun naasten staan centraal in onze manier van werken. Betrokken, Respectvol, Hoffelijk en Deskundig zijn onze kernwaarden. Nieuwsgierig geworden? Dit is wat we van jou verwachten: - Je hebt een (bijna) afgeronde opleiding VIG-niveau 2 of 3 . Als je enkele jaren ervaring hebt in je vakgebied is dat fijn, maar niet noodzakelijk. - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en wanneer nodig de samenwerking op te zoeken. - Je hebt affiniteit en bij voorkeur ervaring met onze doelgroep. - Goede kwaliteit van zorg staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel. - Gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en zorgzaamheid zijn vanzelfsprekend. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en contactuele vaardigheden. - Het zou fijn zijn als je in ieder geval iedere week een aantal uur beschikbaar bent, zodat ...
