Ben jij een sterke people manager met een passie voor retail, coaching en resultaat? Als Dual Site Manager neem je de leiding over twee Orange-shops in West-Vlaanderen. Je motiveert je teams, stuurt op KPI's en tilt zowel mensen als winkelprestaties naar een hoger niveau.

  • Jij neemt de lead over de Orange-shops in Ieper en Roeselare en zorgt dat beide winkels elke dag sterk draaien.
  • Je coacht en motiveert twee teams van telkens 3 à 4 medewerkers en helpt hen groeien in hun rol én resultaten.
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols van KPI's, verkoopresultaten, stock en operationele processen.
  • Je duikt in de cijfers, spot opportuniteiten en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties op de winkelvloer.
  • Van personeelsplanning en administratie tot winkelorganisatie: jij zorgt dat alles efficiënt en vlot georganiseerd is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de District Manager, aan wie je rechtstreeks rapporteert, en bouwt actief mee aan de verdere groei van Orange in jouw regio.
  • Je hebt al leidinggevende ervaring binnen retail of FMCG, bijvoorbeeld als Shopmanager, Assistant Store Manager of Teamleader.
  • Mensen laten groeien zit in je DNA: je hebt ervaring met coaching en teammanagement en weet medewerkers te motiveren richting sterke resultaten.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een sterke operationele basis en voelt je thuis in administratie, stockbeheer, inventaris en rapportering.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en weet vlot je weg te vinden in Excel.
  • KPI's en commerciële targets schrikken je niet af. Je volgt ze actief op en weet welke acties nodig zijn om resultaten te verbeteren. Ervaring binnen telecom is daarbij een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je ook Frans? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
