Voor onze klant in regio Zemst zoeken wij een Administrator Order.

Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd transportbedrijf met focus op luchtvrachttransport, TAPA TSR secured transport, pharma- en temperatuurgecontroleerd transport, FTL & LTL, expresszendingen en klantgebonden transport. Betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en respect voor milieu en ethiek staan centraal in hun werking.

Als Administrator Order sta je in voor de correcte ingave van transportorders en ondersteun je dagelijks de planning van zowel standaard als gespecialiseerde transportopdrachten (TAPA, GDP, RA)

Wat je doet

  • Aanvaarden en ingeven van transportopdrachten
  • Ondersteunen van de planning om rollend materieel en chauffeurs optimaal in te zetten
  • Dispatch aansturen voor het opmaken van transportdossiers
  • Actief zoeken naar retourvrachten om lege kilometers te beperken
  • Contact onderhouden met subcontractors en partners
  • Chauffeurs informeren over toegewezen opdrachten en procedures

Je werkt nauw samen met het management en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een rendabele inzet van materieel en personeel.

  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Duits is een plus)
  • Goede kennis van het rijtijdenbesluit, GDP en TAPA TSR2023-norm
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en vlot met geautomatiseerde systemen
  • Analytisch, proactief en communicatief
  • Accuraat en stressbestendig
  • Bereid om in ploegen te werken (7u–15u en 10u–18u)
