Voor een groeiende organisatie in Kapellen en actief binnen de automotive sector zoeken we een Order Desk Officer die graag schakelt tussen administratie, klantencontact en automotive. Jij begeleidt medewerkers van klanten doorheen het volledige bestelproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en op tijd geregeld is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over hun bestelling.
  • Je adviseert bij de keuze van een bedrijfswagen en begeleidt het bestelproces.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij verschillende leasingpartners en vergelijkt deze.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en volgt het volledige proces nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt alle informatie correct in de systemen en bewaakt de status.
  • Je denkt actief mee over slimmere processen en een betere klantbeleving

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en houdt graag overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en krijgt energie van klantencontact.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag in oplossingen.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring binnen automotive, leasing of fleet management? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
