Vertriebs-, Service- und Engineeringzentrale für Schraubenkompressoren. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den

Produktionswerken unterstützen wir die Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer Kompressorsysteme im

europäischen Markt. 1 Order Processing Specialist (m/w/d) Aufgaben und Verantwortung

* Auftragsabwicklung & Koordination: Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen von der

Auftragserfassung und Bestellkontrolle bis zur Fakturierung inkl. Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

sowie Koordination von Lieferterminen

* Versand & Logistik: Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten sowie Abklärung logistischer Sonderfälle, z. B. Eiltransporte und Gefahrgut

* Reklamationen & Kundenservice: Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Koordination von Reklamationen und

Retouren sowie Ansprechpartner*in für Kunden bei auftrags- und lieferbezogenen Fragestellungen

* Stammdaten & Systeme: Pflege von Kunden-, Auftrags- und Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS,

kaufmännische Lehre)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Customer Service oder Vertriebsinnendienst

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Erfahrung in der Versand- und Exportabwicklung sowie

Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel (Pivot, Formeln, etc.)

* Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie

Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
