Order & Sales Support Officer met sterke talenkennis (Nederlands - Engels - Frans - Duits)

Voor een dynamische KMO actief in werktuigmachines en spoorwegmateriaal zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker binnendienst. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, verkoop en magazijn. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commerciële feeling en houdt van afwisseling in je job.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend, met een sterke focus op:

  • Ontvangst van prijsaanvragen (mail en telefoon)
  • Offertes aanvragen bij leveranciers (mail en telefoon)
  • Offertes opmaken voor klanten
  • Prijzen en voorwaarden afstemmen met de verkoopdirecteur
  • Ingeven van offertes en bestellingen in het ERP-systeem (Business Central)
  • Opvolging van lopende offertes (samen met het verkoopteam)
  • Opvolging van lopende bestellingen (leveringstermijnen, raamovereenkomsten)
  • Klachtenbehandeling
  • Verzenden van betalingsherinneringen
  • Assistentie bij de voorbereiding van beurzen
  • Voorbereiding van bestellingen en verzending
  • Uitladen en ontvangst van binnenkomende goederen
  • Elektronische registratie van magazijnontvangsten en verzendingen
  • Deelname aan de fysieke inventaris
  • Sporadisch meehelpen aan de ordelijkheid van het magazijn Je werkt zelfstandig, maar in nauwe samenwerking met een klein en hecht team waar flexibiliteit en polyvalentie centraal staan.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardige door ervaring.
  • Je drukt je professioneel zeer vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Daarnaast heb je noties van het Duits.
  • Je kan reeds enkele jaren ervaring voorleggen in orderverwerkingr van A-Z en offertebeheer.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stressbestendig
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en ERP-Systemen (ervaring Business Central/Navision)
  • Je houdt van een afwisselende job en steekt graag af en toe de handen uit de mouwen
