Profiteer van flexibele werktijden en ontwikkel jezelf binnen een groeiende organisatie. Over het werk Als orderprocessor ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het orderprocessingteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en plaatsen van inkoop- en ordergegevens in de systemen en houdt de internationale goederenstroom vanuit Europa en Azië nauwlettend in de gaten. Je bewaakt levertijden, volgt uitleveringen op en zorgt ervoor dat orders zorgvuldig worden gecontroleerd en verwerkt. De functie is voornamelijk administratief en systeemgericht. Je hebt veel contact met interne afdelingen en collega's en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers uitsluitend per e-mail. Telefonisch klant- of leverancierscontact maakt geen onderdeel uit van deze functie. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je energie krijgt van administratief werk, nauwkeurig met systemen werkt en plezier haalt uit voornamelijk schriftelijke communicatie. De functie biedt volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling: met toegang tot trainingen en een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget krijg je de mogelijkheid om je kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te breiden. Je werkt bij voorkeur 40 uur per week; 32 of 36 uur is bespreekbaar. Je start tussen 07:30 en 09:00 uur en werkt vervolgens circa 8,5 uur per dag. Vrijdag is een vaste werkdag en daarmee een harde voorwaarde voor deze functie. Het gaat om een structurele functie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Je start je werkdag met het controleren van openstaande orders en het verwerken en bijwerken van ordergegevens in de systemen. Je stemt de actuele status af met inkoop, sales en andere interne afdelingen. Gedurende de dag houd je het overzicht over de lopende orders en transporten en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve gegevens correct en volledig zijn verwerkt.
