Zur Unterstützung in der Abteilung Innere Medizin suchen wir eine*n Ordinationsassistenz in Teilzeit. Wir bieten ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet im Ausmaß von 20-25 Stunden. 1 Ordinationsassistenz in der Onkologischen Ambulanz Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Selbstständige Durchführung allgemeiner organisatorischer, administrativer und kommunikativer Aufgaben

* Persönliche Betreuung und Ansprechperson für Patient*innen

* Verantwortlich für Blutabnahmen, RR-Messungen und EKG-Messungen

* Informationsdrehscheibe im interdisziplinären Bereich

* Vertretung der Kolleg*innen in der Stationsassistenz

* Schreiben von Patientenbriefen

* Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung

* Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

* Identifikation mit dem Werteverständnis unseres Hause

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Ordinationsassistenz mit umfangreicher Erfahrung in der Blutabnahme

* Vorausschauende, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Patient*innen-, Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Eigenverantwortung und hohe Genauigkeit

* Hohe Belastbarkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und empathisches Auftreten

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 1.894,61(Verwendungsgruppe E, Stufe 1 - inkl. GSI Zulage) bei 25 Stunden. Die Einstufung wird abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung" vorgenommen.
