Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig, behalten auch an lebhaften Tagen den Überblick und schätzen ein persönliches, wertschätzendes Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

* Terminmanagement sowie telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation

* Administrative Tätigkeiten, Dokumentation und Organisation des Praxisalltags

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem medizinischen Team

* Je nach Qualifikation Unterstützung bei EKG sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Infusionen und Impfungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistenz

* Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Gute Kenntnisse des Ordinationsprogramms EosWin von MCW

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine genaue und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Entgelt

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem anzuwendenden Kollektivvertrag, Gruppe B, drittes Berufsjahr. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 2.268,00 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis; bei 30 Wochenstunden erfolgt die Berechnung aliquot. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
