A. Leerlingenbegeleiding

  • De onderwijsbehoeften, talenten en ondersteuningsnoden van leerlingen in kaart brengen.
  • Leerlingen individueel begeleiden bij sociaal-emotionele problemen, stress, faalangst, overprikkeling en moeilijkheden in sociale interacties.
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van zelfinzicht, emotieregulatie, sociale vaardigheden en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Leerlingen helpen bij het versterken van executieve functies, zoals plannen, organiseren, taakinitiatie en flexibiliteit.
  • Preventief en doelgericht werken aan het voorkomen en begeleiden van crisissituaties.
  • Zelfstandigheid, zelfredzaamheid en zelfadvocatie stimuleren.

B. Ondersteuning van leerkrachten

  • Leerkrachten adviseren over de pedagogische aanpak van leerlingen met ASS.
  • Klasobservaties uitvoeren en observaties vertalen naar concrete, haalbare handelingsadviezen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het creëren van structuur, voorspelbaarheid en visuele duidelijkheid in de klas.
  • Meedenken over differentiatie, redelijke aanpassingen en individuele ondersteuningsmaatregelen.
  • Leerkrachten begeleiden bij moeilijk gedrag, overprikkeling, vastlopen en spanningen in de klasgroep.
  • Samen met leerkrachten evalueren welke aanpak werkt en waar bijsturing nodig is.

C. Handelingsplanning en opvolging

  • Meewerken aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van individuele handelingsplannen.
  • Concrete begeleidingsdoelen formuleren en de vooruitgang van leerlingen opvolgen.
  • Relevante observaties en afspraken zorgvuldig documenteren.
  • De continuïteit van de begeleiding bewaken bij overgangen, veranderingen en nieuwe schoolse uitdagingen.
  • Ondersteuningsbehoeften signaleren en voorstellen formuleren voor verdere begeleiding.

D. Samenwerking met ouders en externe partners

  • Deelnemen aan oudergesprekken en leerlingenbesprekingen.
  • Ouders informeren over de pedagogische begeleiding, binnen de gemaakte afspraken en de geldende privacyregels.
  • Samenwerken met het CLB, externe hulpverleners en andere betrokken professionals.
  • Bijdragen aan een afgestemde aanpak tussen school, thuis en eventuele externe begeleiding.
  • De belangen en ondersteuningsnoden van de leerling mee bewaken.

E. Schoolbeleid en teamontwikkeling

  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en evaluatie van het zorg- en ondersteuningsbeleid.
  • Expertise rond ASS delen met het schoolteam.
  • Meewerken aan een schoolbrede aanpak rond gedrag, welbevinden, preventie en inclusie.
  • Intervisie, casusbesprekingen en overlegmomenten ondersteunen.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve, veilige en respectvolle schoolcultuur.
