Ben jij een orthopedagoog en wil je jouw expertise inzetten op het kruispunt van onderwijs en zorg? Heb je een sterke pedagogische blik op jongeren met complexe onderwijs- & zorgnoden en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van leerkrachten, het zichtbaar maken van processen en het versterken van kwaliteitsvol onderwijs op maat? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Binnen deze functie combineer je jouw orthopedagogische expertise met onderwijsinhoudelijk en beleidsmatig werken. Je helpt het team om de noden van leerlingen te vertalen naar haalbare onderwijs- en zorgtrajecten en bewaakt daarbij de samenhang tussen leerling, klaspraktijk, zorg en schoolwerking.

Campus aan Zee is op zoek naar een orthopedagoog die de rol van coördinator opneemt binnen OV4 van het secundair onderwijs. Je werkt binnen een bijzondere context waarin onderwijs en zorg voortdurend met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je ondersteunt het onderwijsteam bij leerlingen met complexe eb uiteenlopende onderwijs- en ondersteuningsnoden en helpt mee om voor hen een kwaliteitsvol traject op maat uit te bouwen.

- Je kan onderwijs- en zorgnoden van jongeren analyseren vanuit een orthopedagogisch en handelingsgericht kader en deze vertalen naar concrete ondersteuning in de klas- en schoolcontext.

- Je kan omgaan met complexe casussen en behoudt steeds het overzicht.

- Je hebt een warm hart voor leerlingen met diverse en complexe onderwijsbehoeften.

- Je kan verschillende perspectieven rond een leerling samenbrengen en verbinding creëren tussen onderwijs, leerlingbegeleiding, opvoeding, paramedische ondersteuning en externe partners.

- Je bent een geëngageerde en enthousiaste professional die vlot samenwerkt in een multidisciplinair team.

- Je werkt constructief samen binnen een zorg- en onderwijsnetwerk.

- Je kan leerkrachten coachen en ondersteunen bij complexe leerlingencasussen, zonder hun rol over te nemen.

- Je bent sterk in verbinden, communiceren en het creëren van draagvlak.

- Je bent flexibel en gelooft in de kracht van reflectie, feedback en cyclisch kwaliteitsdenken.

- Je blijft ook in complexe situaties oplossingsgericht en kan tegelijk realistisch prioriteiten stellen.
