Für unser Werk* Laakirchen* suchen wir eine_n Automatisierungstechniker_in, der die Sprache der Maschinen versteht und gleichzeitig die Welt der Daten beherrscht. In dieser Schlüsselposition schlagen Sie die Brücke zwischen unserer hochautomatisierten Produktion und der IT, um die Digitalisierung unserer Anlagen auf das nächste Level zu heben. 1 OT - Industrial IOT & Data Engineer (m/w/d) Was erwartet Sie?

* Projektieren und Konfigurieren der industriellen Kommunikationswege zwischen der Automatisierungsebene (ICS), den Fertigungssteuerungs- (MES) und Management-Systemen (MIS).

* Analysieren von Daten aus Mess-, Prozessleit- und Instandhaltungssystemen sowie Betreuung der zentralen Historian-Server und Middleware-Systeme.

* Erstellen und Pflegen von Dashboards (z. B. Power BI) und Reportings zur Optimierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und strategischen Instandhaltungsplanung.

* Zentrale_r Ansprechpartner_in für die internen Schnittstellen zur IT, Produktion und Instandhaltung, um die Digitalisierung der Werke voranzutreiben.

* Administration virtualisierter Steuerungs- und Leitsysteme direkt auf Werksebene (in Kooperation mit internen/externen IT-Infrastruktur-Experten).

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung zeitgemäßer Cyber-Security-Anforderungen im Produktionsumfeld.

Was erwarten wir?

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Technische Informatik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* Fundierte Erfahrung mit industriellen Steuerungs- und Leitsystemen (z. B. Siemens TIA / PCS7, Valmet DNA) und den zugrundeliegenden Produktionsabläufen.

* Sicheres Verständnis von industriellen Protokollen (OPC UA, MQTT) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (SQL, Oracle oder AspenTech).

* Praktische Erfahrung mit Reporting- und Analyse-Tools (insb. Power BI).

* Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen klassischer IT und moderner Produktionsumgebung; strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise.

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Erste Berührungspunkte mit Cyber-Security-Konzepten (z. B. IEC 62443, Purdue-Modell) sowie Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA (Asset Management) oder mobilen Instandhaltungslösungen (Evora).
