Unser Kunde, ein mittelständisches, traditionsreiches und international erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen ist führender Konstrukteur und Hersteller im Bereich der Förder- und Antriebstechnik. Der Kunde legt großen Wert auf Knowhow, Qualität, Innovation und die individuelle Entwicklung von Lösungen. Zur weiteren Intensivierung der Kundenbetreuung und nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsgebietes suchen wir eine technikaffine,

unternehmerisch denkende, hoch ambitionierte und motivierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Akquisition von Neukunden / Kooperationspartnern mit dem Ziel langfristiger Partnerschaften im Verkaufsgebiet

* technische und kaufmännische Kundenberatung und Ausarbeitung individueller Lösungen

* gesamte Projektabwicklung (Angebots- / Auftragsverhandlungen, Projektbetreuung vom Konzept bis zu Umsetzung)

* Erarbeitung von Marktanalysen und Strategieentwicklung, Messeteilnahmen und Marketingsupport

* Kenntnisse im Südosteuropäischen Markt

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten von Vorteil

* kaufmännisches Denken kombiniert mit hohem technischem Verständnis

* hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Reisebereitschaft / intensiver Kundenkontakt im Vertriebsgebiet

* Homeoffice, idealerweise im Herzen des Vertriebsgebiets
