Für unser Krisenzentrum für Kinder und Jugendliche suchen wir eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste und fachlich kompetente Persönlichkeit als 1 Pädagogische Leitung (m/w/d) im Krisenzentrum Amstetten mit 37 Wochenstunden

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die pädagogisch-fachliche, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Leitung unserer Einrichtung und gestalten gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team die professionelle Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Krisensituationen.

Deine Aufgaben * Pädagogisch-fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Einrichtung unter Berücksichtigung unserer Qualitätsstandards * Führung, Begleitung und fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter:innen * Übernahme der wirtschaftlichen Verantwortung für die Einrichtung * Verantwortung und fachliche Führung in den Betreuungsprozessen * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkräften aus unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen * Entscheidung über Aufnahmen und Entlassungen * Sicherstellung eines professionellen Berichtswesens und Wissenstransfers * Vernetzungsarbeit mit dem Herkunftssystem, Behörden und relevanten Organisationen * Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Familiensystemen * Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen * Mitwirkung bei der Gewinnung von Sponsor:innen und Fördermöglichkeiten * Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Qualität und Mitgestaltung von Projekten und Konzepten

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene, anerkannte Ausbildung, z. B.: ** FH für Soziale Arbeit ** Diplomstudium Sozialpädagogik ** Psychologie ** Bildungsanstalt für Sozialpädagogik * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfebereich * Erfahrung in der Eltern- und Familienarbeit * Erfahrung im Umgang mit psychiatrischer und therapeutischer Klientel von Vorteil * Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion * Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Know-how und anwendungssichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse * Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Eigenverantwortliches, lösungsorientiertes und reflektiertes Handeln * Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit * Persönliche Identifikation mit der Aufgabe und dem Anspruch einer qualitativ hochwertigen Kinder- und Jugendhilfe * Interesse und Engagement für die Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familiensystemen
