Je begrijpt hoe HR-processen binnen een school werken (of maakt je dit snel eigen) en zorgt dat alles klopt; tot in de details. Je bent servicegericht richting medewerkers en teamleiders, maar durft ook duidelijk grenzen aan te geven wanneer dat nodig is. Je krijgt energie van een goed lopende personeelsadministratie en ziet het als een uitdaging om processen continu te verbeteren. Je werkt daarbij zelfstandig, bent betrokken en weet prioriteiten te stellen, ook als het druk is. Wat breng je mee: - Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur richting HR; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op een HR-administratie, bij voorkeur in het onderwijs; - Ervaring met personeelsinformatiesystemen, bij voorkeur AFAS, en met planning- en formatiesystemen zoals Zermelo en Xedule; - Proactiviteit en stressbestendig; - Uitstekend...
