Ga direct aan de slag met laden, lossen en pakketbezorging. Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime pakketbezorger bij PostNL in Waddinxveen ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede afhandeling van jouw bezorgroute. Je begint op het depot, maakt je bestelbus klaar en vertrekt daarna richting verschillende adressen. Je bezorgt en haalt pakketten op bij zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Een werkdag op de weg Je start met het controleren en sorteren van de zendingen voor jouw route. Vervolgens laad je de bestelbus en ga je zelfstandig op pad. Bij ieder adres zorg je ervoor dat het pakket bij de juiste ontvanger terechtkomt en verwerk je de zending met een handscanner. Je hebt onderweg regelmatig contact met klanten en staat hen vriendelijk te woord. Ook houd je de bestelbus netjes en veilig en geef je bijzonderheden, vertragingen of schade door wanneer dit nodig is. Bij PostNL krijg je veel vrijheid tijdens je werkdag, maar werk je tegelijkertijd samen met het team op het depot. Een goede voorbereiding en duidelijke communicatie zorgen ervoor dat jouw route soepel verloopt. Dit kun je verwachten van je werkdag Je werkt gemiddeld 8 uur per dag en wordt ingepland binnen een roulerend rooster. Je start meestal tussen 07:00 en 08:30 uur en je werkzaamheden kunnen tot uiterlijk 19:00 uur duren. Je wisselt wekelijks tussen maandag t/m vrijdag en dinsdag t/m zaterdag. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 14,99 tot € 20,99 bruto per uur; - 40% extra toeslag op zaterdag; - Opbouw van vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen; - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 6 km enkele reis; - Wekelijkse of 4-wekelijkse uitbetaling; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen PostNL.
