Als Parts Advisor speel je een cruciale rol in ons team, dat zich richt op het verkopen, onderhouden en herstellen van trucks en bussen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor onze technici, en dat klanten op een professionele manier worden geholpen. Je werkt samen in een dynamisch team van techniekers en Customer Service Representatives, waarbij energie, passie en respect voor elkaar centraal staan.

In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het garanderen van de tijdige beschikbaarheid van onderdelen voor onderhoud en reparatie.
  • Het ontvangen en uitpakken van leveringen en bestellingen.
  • Het voorbereiden van onderdelen voor de techniekers.
  • Het uitvoeren van stocktellingen en opvolgen van retourzendingen.
  • Het bedienen van klanten aan de parts-counter.

Ben jij de ideale kandidaat die wij zoeken? Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Een achtergrond heeft in de automotive sector, maar ook enthousiaste schoolverlaters zijn van harte welkom.
  • Een teamspeler is die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Commercieel ingesteld is en communicatief vaardig.
  • Een scherp oog voor detail heeft.
  • Flexibel is en goed kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Een administratieve duizendpoot is met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om initiatief te nemen.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van MS Office.
  • Beheersing van het Nederlands, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van Frans en Engels.
