Als Parts Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van ons magazijn en het voorzien van de werkplaats van de juiste onderdelen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte bevoorrading, zodat de techniekers zich kunnen focussen op hun kerntaak: het herstellen van auto's.

Je taken:

  • Ontvangen en controleren van de goederen aan de hand van de bestelbon.
  • Administratieve verwerking van de binnenkomende onderdelen.
  • Voorraadbeheer van de onderdelen om ervoor te zorgen dat de stock ten allen tijde correct staat.
  • Meedenken om tot een oplossing te komen wanneer een onderdeel niet voorradig is.
  • Klaarleggen van de onderdelen voor de werkplaats.
  • Adviseren en bedienen van onze klanten aan de balie.
  • Raad geven omtrent accessoires naar onze verkopers en klanten toe.

Communiceren met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke om een optimale bevoorrading te garanderen.

Als Parts Advisor - Magazijnier beschik je over volgende vaardigheden:

  • Je werkt goed georganiseerd en hebt een oog voor detail.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid zijn twee van je voornaamste eigenschappen.
  • Je bent klantgericht is en gaat graag met mensen om.
  • Je hebt technische kennis van auto's en auto-onderdelen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bent een enorme teamplayer.
  • Naast het Nederlands kent ook het Frans weinig geheimen voor jou.
