Als Parts Advisor zorg je vanuit het magazijn in Gent voor de dagelijkse beschikbaarheid van onderdelen voor onderhoud en herstellingen.

  • Je volgt de voorraad van onderdelen nauwgezet op en bewaart het overzicht in het magazijn.
  • Je bestelt tijdig de nodige onderdelen, zodat onderhoud en herstellingen zonder onnodige vertraging kunnen doorgaan.
  • Je voorziet techniekers van de onderdelen die ze nodig hebben om hun werk vlot uit te voeren.
  • Je verwerkt de administratie correct en zorgt dat de gegevens en stockbewegingen kloppen.
  • Je stemt af met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en de servicecoördinator, speelt snel in op noden uit het atelier en zoekt oplossingen wanneer onderdelen ontbreken.
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen in het magazijn slimmer en efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je werkt om de 2 weken op zaterdag en hebt zo een vrije dag in die week.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze vacature als Parts Advisor zoeken we iemand met de volgende kennis en vaardigheden:

  • Je werkt administratief nauwkeurig, houdt je administratie op orde en kunt vlot met de pc werken.
  • Je bewaart gemakkelijk het overzicht, werkt gestructureerd en kunt verschillende vragen en prioriteiten goed op elkaar afstemmen, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt hands-on en zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen in samenwerking met collega’s.
  • Ervaring met voorraadbeheer en inkoop is een extra troef.
  • Kennis van auto’s, vrachtwagens of zware voertuigen, technisch en commercieel inzicht en een passie voor automotive geven is een must.
  • Je hebt een bepaalde technische kennis of affiniteit met Trucks in combinatie met administratieve talenten.
