Over de school

De Egelantier is één van de 13 openbare scholen van STEV. Wij zijn een kleine basisschool met ongeveer 110 leerlingen in Soest met een erg diverse doelgroep. Bij ons zitten kinderen van over de hele wereld. Omdat wij een kleine, gemoedelijke school zijn en

alle kinderen uit de naastgelegen wijk komen, voelt de school aan als een dorpsschool. Naast de 5 reguliere groepen hebben we twee taalklassen.

Vanwege onze diverse doelgroep ligt de nadruk op taalonderwijs en geven wij les vanuit hoge verwachtingen. We geven les via EDI en werken met o.a. Wetenswaardig, Staal en Wereld in Getallen. Alle leerkrachten zitten in een leerteam en via de leerteams geven

wij gemeenschappelijk ons onderwijs vorm.

Wij willen een diverse en inclusieve organisatie zijn. Het maakt ons niet uit waar je geboren bent, waar je in gelooft of van wie je houdt. We zijn vooral benieuwd naar jouw talent en hoe jij het verschil maakt voor onze leerlingen.

Groep 7 is een klas met 17 leerlingen. Je duo-partner is een zeer ervaren leerkracht. Tevens is er 2 dagen in de week een leerkrachtondersteuner beschikbaar voor groep 7.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en betrokken leerkracht die graag werkt met kinderen uit verschillende culturen en achtergronden.

Jij:

- hebt de PABO succesvol afgerond;

- hebt oog voor culturele verschillen en omarmt diversiteit;

- bent organisatorisch sterk en flexibel;

- bent bij voorkeur beschikbaar op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag;

We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig, betrokken en pedagogisch en didactisch sterk is en open staat voor ontwikkeling. Ook zoeken wij iemand die zich voor langere tijd aan de school wil binden.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
