Alles wordt dagvers en met échte boter bereid. Het gebruik van uitstekende grondstoffen is dan ook een grote troef en tevens geen publiek geheim. Wij zijn constant op zoek naar nieuwe smaakcombinaties waarbij de pure smaak van elk ingrediënt zoveel als mogelijk wordt behouden. Een zéér belangrijk kenmerk aan onze bakkerij is dan ook dat alles artisanaal in huis gemaakt wordt, zoals het hoort bij een echte warme bakker: creatief en vernieuwend!

Als patissier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en afwerken van een ruim assortiment patisserie.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Bereiden van taarten, gebak, desserts en andere patisserieproducten.
  • Afwerken en decoreren van producten.
  • Zelfstandig organiseren van je werk en plannen van de productie.
  • Correct onderhouden van de werkplaats en het materiaal.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte productie te garanderen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor het vak en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om vroeg te starten of in het weekend te werken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al wat ervaring in een ambachtelijke bakkerij, maar jouw enthousiasme is het belangrijkste.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om recepturen te lezen en met je Nederlandstalige collega's te communiceren.
