  • Après réception d’un appel de dépannage via la centrale de dispatching, vous vous rendez rapidement chez le client afin de lui apporter une assistance efficace.
  • Vous identifiez rapidement et efficacement les problèmes, établissez un diagnostic précis, effectuez le dépannage et proposez des solutions techniques et pratiques pour garantir la mobilité du client.
  • Selon la nature de la panne – mécanique, électronique ou autre – vous réparez le véhicule ou organisez la mise à disposition d’un véhicule de remplacement ou un remorquage, conformément aux conditions générales applicables.
  • Une fois toutes les données de l’intervention correctement encodées dans le système, vous vous dirigez vers votre prochaine mission.

Votre approche orientée client renforce la confiance de nos membres ; votre sens commercial contribue à la rentabilité de notre service de dépannage. Grâce à une communication fluide avec vos collègues du dispatching et de la centrale d’assistance, vous participez activement à la réputation d’excellence de Touring.

  • Adhère à nos valeurs : Humain, Fiable, Positif et Innovant, et les incarne au quotidien.
  • Est titulaire d’un diplôme en mécanique automobile ou électromécanique. Vous avez suivi une autre formation mais disposez de l’expérience nécessaire ? Vous êtes évidemment le bienvenu.
  • Dispose de plusieurs années d’expérience en tant que mécanicien automobile, patrouilleur, dépanneur ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Est en possession d’un permis de conduire C.
  • Possède une expérience en électricité automobile, mécanique automobile et véhicules hybrides, et est prêt à se former aux nouvelles technologies.
  • Travaille de manière rapide et précise, avec un esprit commercial mais surtout orienté client.
  • Dispose de bonnes compétences sociales, communique efficacement et apprécie la relation client.
  • Est capable de gérer la flexibilité requise pour ce poste : prêt à travailler dans un système de shifts entre 7h et 22h30, du lundi au dimanche.
