Patisserie vervaardigen

  • Aantonen dat je dit door ervaring hebt opgebouwd

Praktische ervaring

  • Ervaring als industrieel patissier (essentieel)
  • Je kent het ritme van industriële productie
  • Praktische handigheid

Werkschema
