Als Business Payroll Partner ben jij de betrouwbare schakel tussen onze kantoren, klanten en uitzendmedewerkers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rond loonadministratie tot in de puntjes klopt.

Dat doe je met een glimlach, want jij weet: achter elk loon zit een mens.

Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?

  • Maandag & dinsdag: Jij bent dé expert in loonverwerking. Je staat in nauw contact met kantoren en klanten om alles correct en tijdig af te handelen. Woensdag, donderdag & vrijdag: Jij bepaalt je agenda op basis van de noden van je klanten. Je ondersteunt hen met vragen over de loonadministratie. Je beheert je eigen portefeuille van kantoren en zorgt dat alles administratief tiptop in orde is.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring & kennis: Je hebt al ervaring in loonadministratie en bent vertrouwd met paritaire comités. Precisie: Jij checkt, dubbelcheckt en zorgt dat alles klopt. Planning en structuur? Daar word jij blij van. Communicatie: Je bent klantvriendelijk, communiceert vlot en professioneel, ook als je voor de vijfde keer dezelfde vraag krijgt. Leergierigheid: Jij wil blijven bijleren en verdiepen in sociale wetgeving. Teamspirit: Je werkt zelfstandig, maar springt bij als het druk is. Samen sterk! Extra’s: Basiskennis Excel, Frans is een pluspunt
